Swift Boxes installed in Easebourne
Greenheal has supplied over forty Swift Boxes to local residents, and these are now installed across Easebourne and Lodsworth. Positioned on suitable homes and buildings, the boxes provide potential nesting sites for Swifts, helping to support and strengthen the area’s dwindling Swift population while encouraging greater awareness of these remarkable summer visitors.
Swift Boxes installed at St Mary's Church
Greenheal worked in partnership with St. Mary’s, our local church in Easebourne, to support and protect the area’s swift population by providing purpose-built nesting homes. The church purchased a dozen boxes, which we carefully installed on the church walls just beneath the rood eaves, creating secure, elevated spaces where swifts can nest while preserving the character of this historic building.
